  The car was on the auction list for 21 December 2017 , I came to look 2 days before but it was still being"detailed" & not available for inspection until auction day. They tell me I can inspect on auction day , so it's another day off work to inspect before the auction (I was going to simulcast on line). I asked for the key to do a listen and controls check only to be told the Keys are not available on auction day "but I can listen to it being driven into the sale room."

  was great customer service, as soon as I walked in I was being asked if I needed help, was very helpful insurance wise! Would recommend!

  Yea right , obviously there is a problem with the car and it was held back from a proper viewing.

  The car has been detailed nicely & looks good , the battery cover is the only item out of place 1 small dent plus no service history available.

  Just writing regarding my recent experience. I bid and won one Nissan Murano for $8250, where car was posted on gumtree just day before auction and for the fixed price of more than $10000 and also I knew it is on auction. So on gumtree ad with fixed price they stated that car is ex government vehicle and has full car service history. So on the auction day just after on day they are selling it without any history. Ok so after winning the bid i got the invoice I went to pay and check regarding the car hostory I raised my query that this car has service histpry as per your guntree ad the guy from sales departments said it was on fixed price on gumtree so on auction it is what it is means no service history and stright so rude to me and said if you want to buy it then pay for it if not than you'll be ban I say that guy was so rude and misbehaved. So then another nice lady came from inside and talked to me very well but she told me different story that this is not ex government vehicle and has nothing at all service history she totally denied and said the ad on gumtree was clerical error where the sales guy said different thing. So if there was an error it was from them and they said they gonna ban me. Thats totally fraud people that one day before on gumtree ad was so good and after auction they totally denied about what was written on gumtree.

  Very poor communication by the state manager for Perth Brett Louge. Refused to answer questions and won’t return messages. Told me I should have found what I needed on the web site, certainly not bothered about providing a customer service to anyone.

  I just wonder what problem lies under the hood , it might be just a battery in bad condition , or something major so it will be no bids from me.
